Acceptance of Terms
By using our Website or subscribing to our Services, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they may have changed since your last visit.
Loveofpost.com maintains this Website as a service to the user community that visits the Website subject to these Terms and Conditions. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue this Website or the Services in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice. The Website may also periodically become unavailable due to maintenance or malfunction of equipment or for other reasons.
Users have a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Content of this Website subject to these Terms and Conditions. The term “Content” means all information, text, images, data, links, software, or other material accessible through the Website or Services, whether created by us or provided by another person for display on the Website or through the Services.
The Content may contain typographical errors, other inadvertent errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to make changes to document names and content, descriptions or specifications of products or services or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.
You may view, copy, download, and print Content that is available on this website or through the Services, subject to the following conditions:

Registration and Membership; Product Sales
As a registered user of Loveofpost.com, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offer(s), including third party offers. We may from time to time send you our monthly newsletter. You may opt-out from receiving special promotions or our newsletter by following the unsubscribe process(es) identified in the correspondence.
As a subscribed Loveofpost.com member, each month we will ship you a package with a selection of stationery. The package may also include materials that may be used in connection with the stationery, such as pens and stickers (“Products”). Each month of your subscription, the selection of Products may change. Accordingly, Loveofpost.com cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular timeframe will be available in any subsequent timeframe.
BY SUBSCRIBING YOU AGREE TO PAY THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH MONTH.
BILLING AND PAYMENTS
We use a third party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant Loveofpost.com the right to store and process your information with the third party payment service, which it may change from time to time; you agree that Loveofpost.com will not be responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third party payment service provider’s terms of service; the current version is available at https://stripe.com/us/
SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Shipping and handling fees are included in the cost of recurring monthly subscription packs for US subscribers. Shipping & handling fees for international subscribers and all online store purchases are passed on directly to the customer. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates and are subject to change.
For loss/damage claims, you must notify Loveofpost.com within 30 days of the date of your purchase if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged. Please see the returns and exchanges policy for more details.
Replacement of Products and credits to your account or refunds for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account or issue a refund at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
As you know, we’re big on HAPPY around here. Which is why we’ve got a Happiness Guarantee for all of our products – If you don’t like anything you receive send it on the back (no hard feelings!)…You have 30 days to return an item. We offer an exchange or refund to the original method of payment (minus the cost of return shipping) on all products if the item is returned unused, in the original packaging.
Please note, special collections and designer collaborations may be subject to a return policy, that may differ from our standard return policy above.
Our Customer Service Squad is happy to get you everything you need for a successful return. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping (it will be deducted from your refund) for all products that are being returned unless otherwise specified by our Customer Service Squad.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, or MISSING ITEMS: If you received a damaged item, incorrect item, or something was missing from your shipment (so sorry!), we will immediately send a replacement item or offer a full refund (including any return shipping fees) for the item. Please reach out to our Customer Service on our contact form for further assistance. If your product is damaged or missing an item, please send over pictures of the product with your email!
MISSING SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS: The shipping & delivery dates for your subscription are dependent on two things: your billing/signup date and your location. You’ll get a shipping notification email when we drop them in the post! If your delivery time has passed and you have still not received your shipment, please contact our Customer Service on our contact form for further assistance. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership.
REFUNDS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS: Your refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified by our Customer Service. When your return is received by Loveofpost.com you will receive an email confirmation listing the items we received, their condition, and the refund value. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Loveofpost.com is in no case liable other than for gross negligence or intentionally caused damage. This does not apply to liability for injury to life and limb, or in the event, we have assumed a warranty. Liability for breach of a cardinal obligation or an essential obligation is limited to the damage that could have been foreseen. The following exclusions and limitations of liability apply with regard to Loveofpost.com’s liability for damage compensation, notwithstanding the other legal claim requirements.
Loveofpost.com assumes unlimited liability if the cause of the damage is the result of intent or gross negligence.
If the liability of Loveofpost.com is excluded or limited, this also applies for personal liability of employees, representatives, agents or assistants.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loveofpost.com, its affiliated and associated companies, and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors and assigns from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of (i) a breach of these Terms, (ii) Content posted on the Website, (iii) the use of the Services, by you or any person using your account or Loveofpost.com username and password, or (iv) any violation of any rights of a third party.
All Content posted or otherwise submitted to the Website is the sole responsibility of the account holder from which such Content originated and you acknowledge and agree that you, and not Loveofpost.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you post, or otherwise submit to the Website. You understand that by using the Website you may be exposed to Content that you may consider objectionable.Loveofpost.com is entitled to remove questionable content on its own and to delete any content submitted by you in culpable violation of the mentioned rules and regulations of these Terms. You have to respect any applicable laws and regulations, especially with regard to youth protection, data privacy, protection of personal rights, protection against slander and defamation, copyright laws and trademarks. Loveofpost.com respects the rights and the dignity of its users and third parties and will, therefore, delete any content that it deems discriminatory.
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Loveofpost.com. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:
- To abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate any person;
- To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any Loveofpost.com user;
- To create or transmit unwanted ‘spam’ to any person or any URL;
- To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Content that is libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or that infringes any copyright or another right of any person;
- For any purpose (including posting or viewing Content) that is not permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction where you use the Services;
- To post copyrighted Content which doesn’t belong to you;
- With the exception of accessing RSS feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Website for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not:
- take any action that may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
- interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website or any activities conducted on the Website; or
- bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Website;
- To advertise to, or solicit, any user to buy or sell any products or services, or to use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent;
- To sell or otherwise transfer your account.
